International Shipping
Are you an international customer? We can deliver your order worldwide.
Please register your details and our website will calculate the shipping cost for your order at the checkout. If you would prefer to use your own courier to collect your order from us please choose the ‘Collect’ option, we will then contact you with the consignment weight and dimensions. Transit times are also advised at checkout, please note these are working days only, and do not include UK or local public holidays.
Payment
The currency for the payment is GBP and can be made using VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
EORI Number for Commercial Invoice (required by customs)
If you are a business ordering from the EU we will require your EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number). Please enter this when registering on the website so we can add this to the commercial invoice supplied with your order. Failure to provide this may result in the order being held by customs or being returned to us. This may impact your eligibility for a refund and could incur extra delivery costs.
Tax (VAT), Import Duty, Incoterms
We do not charge tax (VAT) on EU and international sales. Tax (VAT) or import duty will be charged by the courier prior to delivery and is based on order value and the specific country’s tax and duty rate. The incoterms for EU and international orders are: Delivered at Place (DAP) where the buyer (receiver) is responsible for all the duties, taxes, and clearance fees. You will be asked at checkout to tick acceptance of the terms listed on this page.
Order Tracking & Returns
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. Please visit the UPS website to check on the status of your shipment.
Goods can be returned subject to them being in unused/resaleable condition and done so within 30 days of delivery. We will then provide a full refund for the goods within 14 days or supply alternative parts to the same value. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods. Please note, made to order parts cannot be returned, supplied to order items may be returned subject to a handling fee. We recommend that you contact us prior to returning goods, just to ensure that we will be able to refund you.
